Commence Design Work on Phase 5 for the Reserved Matters Application.

Public consultation on the emerging proposals for Phase 5.

Early-2025

We're please to let you know that the public consultation on a new masterplan for the remaining phases (5 to 8) of the Woodberry Down regeneration project is now live!

You can view the proposals and then share your thoughts

The online consultation will be complemented by four in-person events during November and December 2023. These will take place on:
 
Wednesday 22nd November 2023, 4pm - 8pm at Woodberry Down Community Primary School, N4 1SY 
Saturday 25th November 2023, 10am - 2pm at the Redmond Community Centre, N4 2HF 
Thursday 30th November 2023, 3pm - 7pm at Berkeley Homes Site Cabins
Saturday 2nd December 2023, 10am - 2pm at The Edge Youth Hub, N4 1SN.
 
Members of the project team will be on hand at the events to answer any questions you might have and there will be an opportunity to provide feedback. The masterplan consultation will run until Sunday 10th December 2023.
